Stacy Gabriel

Stacy has been practicing employment law since 1993.  Her practice is devoted primarily to counseling management/employers on employment law issues and defending employment-related claims.  However, Stacy also represents employees on occasion, most regularly in drafting and litigating employment contracts, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and pursuing discrimination and wage and hour claims.  Her diverse client base includes both large, publicly traded companies, small privately-held organizations, and public entities.

Stacy regularly handles the following types of matters:  day-to-day preventive counseling on all facets of the employment relationship; drafting personnel policies and employment contracts; providing employment law training to management personnel; conducting independent, third party investigations of workplace disputes; and representing employers and individuals in state and federal court and before federal and state civil rights agencies.
